Sixtieth Birthday Celebration

Linda and her friend Sue organised a very special holiday to South Africa and Zambia to celebrate Martin's sixtieth birthday. Whale watching, kayaking, a big game safari and a trip to Victoria Falls were just some of the highlights of this special celebration.

Thanks again for arranging our wonderful holiday in South Africa & Zambia.

We visited Plettenburge bay from here and took a whale safari even though you could see them from the bay taking the boat trip and getting so close was awesome. Kayaking is actually not as hard as it looks!! We spent a morning exploring the river very enjoyable, apart from the odd argument as to who was doing the most work!!

We took a Heli flight over the falls on the morning of Martins birthday what a treat!! Then we went to the Royal Livingstone Hotel for drinks on there sun deck looking out over the Zambezi River, a brief rest before our  cruise on the Zambezi,to watch the sun go down on Mart's 60th a fabulous day.

On the whole you could say we had a FANTASTIC holiday.

Trip was marvellous - everyone at Tinga couldn't have been nicer and what food!  Johan our guide was an absolute star - he made every safari trip special and worked so hard to make sure we saw the 'big 5'.  (If you want to know anything about dung just let us know!)

Zambezie Sun was fun with loads to do and the monkey and zebras kept us entertained. All in all our itinerary was super - thanks for your help and we'll certainly be back to you next time we're after a safari holiday.
